Smart Girls Are Trouble is an AU Handmaid’s Tale roleplay set after June's escape to Canada, where Gilead aggressively pursues baby Nicole as a symbol of their regime. Despite some decline after fifteen years of rule, Gilead's government, led by Commanders and supported by various societal roles, strives to regain strength. The clandestine group Mayday aids escapes, but increased security makes defiance risky. Each character must navigate the harsh choices of conforming or resisting in this dystopian society.
